3. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use our services.

$199 per month.
Includes all Deal Evaluation Mastery benefits plus:
- Unlimited DFY Disposition slots at discounted rates
- Priority support

$699 per month.
Includes all previous benefits plus:
- Monthly one-on-one strategy sessions
- Custom deal structuring guidance
- VIP processing of submissions
- Automatic Renewal
All paid subscriptions automatically renew each billing period unless canceled before the next billing date.
6. Payments and Refunds
All fees are billed in U.S. Dollars.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
- Payments are non-refundable.
- No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription periods.
- Cancellation prevents future billing but does not entitle the user to refunds for previous payments.
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
